L.L. emailed me about a positive experience that she had while at work. She tells me..

" I sat down with an elderly co-worker who has been going through a lot in her life.  I just asked the right questions and listened.  After about 15 minutes-she thanked me for caring.  It put a smile on her face and mine as well!"
